At RASASC, we believe that the best services are built by listening to the people who use them and those who may need them in the future.
We would really like to expand and improve our specialist mental health support for young women aged 14–25 across Cheshire & Merseyside. To help us understand what young women need from support services, we are inviting young women to share their experiences, ideas and feedback.
You do not need to have accessed RASASC to take part.
We want to hear from young women who are:
- Currently accessing support from RASASC.
- Have used our services previously.
- Considered accessing support but chose not to.
- Have never accessed support from RASASC.
Every experience is valuable. Hearing from young women who have not accessed our services is particularly important, as it helps us understand what barriers may exist and what we could do differently to ensure support feels safe, accessible and relevant.
What we would like to know
We would like to hear your thoughts on:
- What young women need from mental health and wellbeing support.
- What makes it easier or harder to ask for help.
- What has helped you during your support journey, if you have accessed services.
- What could make services better for young women in the future.
- How we can make support more welcoming and accessible.
