Taking place on Sunday 20th September 2026, this inspiring event brings together the local business community, charities, and supporters from across the Chester region to raise vital funds and awareness for important causes.
About the event
Starting and finishing at Chester Racecourse, around 250 walkers will come together to complete the traditional route, with a refreshment stop along the way in Eccleston. The day is a powerful celebration of community, connection, and collective impact.

Why this Matters
At Cheshire Rape & Sexual Abuse Support (RASASC), we provide free, specialist support to survivors of rape and sexual abuse across Cheshire and Merseyside.
Every day, we support people aged 13+ of all genders who have experienced sexual violence—helping them to feel heard, believed, and supported on their journey towards healing.
The need for our services continues to grow. Fundraising through events like this helps us to:
- Deliver trauma-informed counselling and emotional support
- Provide independent advocacy for those navigating the criminal justice system
- Run helplines and outreach services
- Challenge stigma and raise awareness around sexual violence
